Service Policy

Welcome to this platform. We are committed to providing a fair, safe, and convenient matching environment for moving, towing, transportation, crane, and other services. To protect the rights of both parties, please read the following service policy content in detail.

1. Platform Role Description

This platform is a "matching platform" that only provides a communication and matching mechanism between customers and drivers. All service content, prices, and payment methods are negotiated and handled by both parties themselves. The platform does not intervene in monetary transactions and disputes.

2. Users and Basic Principles

  1. Customers (issuers) can post tasks through the platform to find qualified drivers.
  2. Drivers (receivers) can proactively apply for tasks and negotiate details with customers.
  3. Both parties must adhere to the principle of good faith and be responsible for the agreements and payment arrangements reached.

3. Account and Data Management

  1. All users must provide true information to register an account and must not impersonate or forge information.
  2. The platform has the right to require identity verification, vehicle information, license certificates, etc., for reference purposes.
  3. If an account has abnormal usage or violation records, the platform may suspend or delete the account depending on the circumstances.

4. Dispatch and Matching Process

  1. When customers post a task, they should clearly describe the time, location, item or vehicle condition, etc.
  2. Drivers should carefully read the task content before accepting, to avoid mistakenly accepting tasks or tasks that are beyond their actual capabilities.
  3. Once both parties confirm the content and quotation, it is deemed that a service agreement has been established between them.

5. Fees and Payment Methods

  1. The amount of the fee, payment time, and method (such as cash, bank transfer, etc.) are to be agreed upon and handled by both parties themselves.
  2. The platform does not collect or make payments on behalf of users, nor does it take a commission or intervene in any form of cash flow.
  3. To protect your own rights, please be sure to negotiate clearly in advance and keep payment or communication records.

6. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

  1. If you need to cancel a task, please notify the other party as early as possible (it is recommended to do so at least 2 hours in advance).
  2. Canceling at the last minute without reason, breaking an appointment, or failing to show up will affect your account's rating and future usage rights.
  3. If rescheduling is necessary due to force majeure factors such as weather or breakdowns, it can be handled through mutual agreement.

7. Rating System and Integrity Mechanism

  1. After the task is completed, both parties can leave a rating for each other as a basis for integrity.
  2. The content of the rating should be based on truthfulness and objectivity, and must not be maliciously fabricated, defamatory, or attack others.
  3. For malicious operations or violations of integrity, the platform has the right to delete the rating and restrict the use of the account.

8. Violation and Reporting Handling

  1. If you find any violations, such as malicious fraud, threats, or price increases without consent, please report it through the platform's reporting mechanism.
  2. The platform will verify the reported content and, depending on the severity of the violation, take measures such as: issuing a warning, suspending the right to accept/post tasks, or permanent suspension.
  3. However, the platform cannot intervene in monetary disputes (such as fee disputes), and both parties are requested to resolve them through their own negotiation.

9. Policy Revision and Announcement

  1. This service policy will be revised according to the platform's operational status. The revised content will be announced on the platform, and no separate individual notification will be given.
  2. If users continue to use the platform after the revision announcement, it means they agree to the revised content.

10. Task Risk Liability Statement

For any task risks arising from the use of this service (such as item damage, misreporting, overloading, towing errors, etc.), the platform only provides a matching function. The actual execution responsibility and risks are to be confirmed and borne by both the user and the driver. The platform is not legally or compensatorily liable for the task results.

11. Private Contact Responsibility

If drivers and customers contact, transact, negotiate prices, or agree on matters unrelated to the platform privately, the risks and disputes arising from such behavior shall be borne by both parties themselves. The platform does not bear any guarantee, coordination, or compensation responsibilities.

If you have any other questions, please contact platform customer service, and we will be happy to assist you. roadsavior666@gmail.com
